What does she know that he doesn't?

Contest Image

From the archives of the We Believe in Smiles™ collection, comes this "he's-smiling, she's-not" photo captured at the Garden of the Gods (GOTG) natural landmark in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

An outstanding illustration of the lithologic character of sedimentary rocks, and of the vertical forces that produced the front range of the Rocky Mountains, GOTG is home to the uncommon honey ant, and is one of the best sites in Colorado for observing white-throated swifts, swallows, and canyon wrens. Could those be what the frightened woman in this photo spotted?

Might it have been a rattlesnake or, heaven forbid, a dentist?

(It is estimated that 75 million Americans dread seeing a dentist. Oral Sedation Dentistry, as taught exclusively by DOCS Education, has helped millions and millions of patients overcome their dental fears and anxieties.)

It's up to you to write the caption for this photo and show off your creativity and sense of humor in Contest No. 2 of our NitrousOh! Photo Caption Contest. The submission deadline is Tuesday, February 20, 2018, at Noon Pacific Time.

To submit your entry, click here. No purchase is required, and multiple entries are invited.
