A funny thing happened on the way to renew my ACLS or as we at DOCS like to call it… More than likely it will be you needing ACLS! Thank goodness for DALS, and thank you for working with my wife when we had to cancel our trip west! Unfortunately I had a mild heart attack Saturday, October 6th, as well as two coronary artery stents placed Monday the 8th, and was not allowed medically to travel. Good thing I had attended DALS in the past and knew to take aspirin and nitroglycerin! The instructors always joke that the most likely person to need the training we learn in DALS is the dentist him/herself! Two weeks later I am just today back in the office. I hope to work things out to attend another seminar soon, but I have to take it easy for a bit before starting such things again. Could you please resend your upcoming schedule? Most appreciated! Richard Love, DDS Thurmont, MD
